This policy sets out the general framework for cancellations and refunds relating to plot bookings at Aanandvan Farms marketed by PlotPointIndia. Specific commercial terms will be captured in the booking form and allotment letter issued to you.
1. Token / Booking Amount
Any amount paid to reserve a plot is a token of your intent to purchase. Refund eligibility and processing charges, if any, will be as per the terms mentioned in your booking receipt / allotment letter.
2. Cancellation by the Buyer
If you choose to cancel after paying the booking amount, a written cancellation request must be sent to us. Deductions towards administrative charges, brokerage paid, taxes and any government-levied charges may apply before the balance is refunded.
3. Cancellation by PlotPointIndia
If a booking cannot be honoured due to reasons attributable to us, the amount paid by you will be refunded without deduction. We are not liable for any additional interest, compensation or consequential loss.
4. Refund Timelines
Approved refunds are typically processed within 30–45 working days via the original payment mode, subject to bank clearances and completion of required paperwork.
5. Digital Products
Downloadable brochures, master plans and other digital collateral are provided free of cost and are non-refundable.
